How do I order catering online?
Ordering catering online is easy! Just click the “Order Now” button in the navigation and choose the LaRosa’s menu items and quantities you wish to order. Then, enter your order information (your contact info, delivery address, etc.), review your order, and click submit. The order will be processed through to one of our catering specialists. We’ll call you at the number you provide within 15 minutes to confirm your order.
What happens after I submit my online order?
After you’ve submitted your order, you will receive a phone call from a LaRosa’s catering specialist within 15 minutes to confirm your order and collect payment information.
How long should it take for me to receive a phone call from a LaRosa's Catering Specialist?
A LaRosa’s Catering Specialist will contact you within 15 minutes of submitting your order. If you do not hear from us, or if you have questions, please call 513-347-1111 and press "2" to speak with a Catering Specialist.
I don't want to order online. What are my other options?
No problem. Have a look at our Catering Menu and when you’re ready, just call 513-347-1111 (877-347-1111, free call) and press "2" to speak with a Catering Specialist to place your order. You can also print our catering fax form and fax it in at the number provided.
How many hours in advance do I have to place my catering order?
We ask that you place your order 24 hours in advance so that the location you are ordering from is prepared. They may need to order extra product or have extra Team Members come in to put your order together in order to give you the best quality food when you want your order to be ready.
Why is my online price different from my actual total?
The price you see reflected in our online catering tool (and in your confirmation email) is only an estimate and does not include additional taxes or delivery fees. Also, when you request additional toppings or ingredients that don’t come standard on our menu items, your actual total may be slightly affected.
How do I save my order for future use?
After you have submitted your order, you will be given the option to create a password to save your orders for future use. The next time you want to place your favorite catering order, simply click “Saved Order?” in the navigation and you will be prompted to enter your email address and password. Once entered, you will be able to view your most recent orders that you have saved under that account.
How do I use a previously saved order?
Once you’ve logged into the saved order screen you will see a list of your most recent saved orders. Simply select your desired order and click “add items to order.” Your cart will be filled with the same menu items as you last ordered.
What if I have a special request or customizations to my order?
If you have a special request or order customization that can’t be made using our online tool, please make note of it on the order details page (step 2) under the “Special Order Requests” box. When we call you, a Catering Specialist will review your special request and add it to the order.
How do I edit an order I’ve already submitted?
If you’ve already placed your order, but have edits, please call us at 513-347-1111 (877-347-1111, free call) and press "2" to speak with a Catering Specialist. Be sure to let your Catering Specialist know you’ve just placed an online catering order and give them your name and phone number so that they may find and correctly modify your order.
