What is the PizzAchievement student rewards program?
Started in 1995 by LaRosa's Pizzeria to support and honor the academic community and its students, the PizzAchievement student rewards program gives teachers, principals, and home school a fun way to reward individual students for their efforts and excellence in the classroom.
Why are there restrictions on the reward certificates redemption?
Certificates can be used for dine in, pick up and delivery, Monday through Friday between 4pm and 9pm, or anytime on weekends. Certificates expire 7/31/2018. One certificate can be used one time by one student, and cannot be used with any other discounts or offers. We place these restrictions to ensure families have the opportunity to use reward certificates together as a celebration. Certificates are not intended to be used at school functions or as classroom pizza parties. Our hope is that PizzAchievement is a way for families to positively encourage students' classroom excellence and academic achievements.
What is the cost of participation in the program to me/my school?
There is no cost for teachers, principals, or home school providers to participate in the program. (Delivery charge for items is not included - minimum delivery amount applies. Limited delivery area. This includes Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky; Middletown, OH; Centerville, OH; Dublin, OH; Englewood, OH; Jackson, OH; Kettering, OH; Mt. Orab, OH; Oxford, OH; Southeast Indiana (Batesville & Greendale).
How do I know if I or my school is eligible to participate?
The PizzAchievement program is open to kindergarten through 8th grade teachers, principals, and home school providers in communities that have at least one LaRosa's Pizzeria. This includes Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky; Middletown, OH; Centerville, OH; Dublin, OH; Englewood, OH; Jackson, OH; Kettering, OH; Mt. Orab, OH; Oxford, OH; Southeast Indiana (Batesville & Greendale). High schools are not eligible for the PizzAchievement program, but LaRosa's offers special school pizza pricing perfect for parties or class lunches! How do I sign up for the program?
Simply complete the requested information on this website's homepage and we will manually verify your information and send you an email confirmation within 3 business days (possibly longer during heavy registration periods such as the beginning and end of the school year). Once verified, you have nothing more to do. Your program rewards will arrive in an envelope via standard US Mail to the address of your school within 15 business days. To participate, please check your eligibility (see above question). At the end of the year, we'll follow up with a survey to gauge your interest and collect recommendations for future years. New home school provider registrants are required to provide additional documentation. Please see .
How do I choose my student rewards?
When filling out the request form, provide the requested information and select the desired items, then click "submit" and your order request will be queued for approval. You will receive an order confirmation email within 3 business days (possibly longer during heavy registration periods such as the beginning and end of the school year). If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
What types of rewards are available?
LaRosa's offers items designed to award individual students for excellence in the classroom. All are available free-of-charge to you and your school. Depending on your title (teacher, principal, or home school), you may be able to choose from these rewards:
Teachers & Principals (K-8):
• 30 Certificates good for one (1) small 1-topping pizza or one (1) calzone
• 30 Pencils
Home School Providers (student ages 5 to 14 only):
• 4 Certificates good for one (1) small 1-topping pizza or one (1) calzone
• 9 Pencils
Because this program is intended to give each student the opportunity to celebrate their classroom excellence and academic achievements with their family, we will no longer offer large pizzas or 2-liters.
When can I expect to receive my student rewards?
Rewards are sent via standard US Mail on a regular basis, and should arrive to the school address you provided during registration within 15 business days. Rewards must be sent to a school address. If you do not receive your student rewards package within 15 business days, please contact us.
How often can I order rewards?
Approved program participants may request one PizzAchievement order per school year.
Is there a way to get more student reward items? Do you still accept dining receipts?
No. We have determined that the number of student reward items included with our program package satisfies the needs of most teachers/principals/home school providers. As of the 2012-2013 school year, we will no longer accept dining receipts in exchange for additional student reward items. For special school pizza party pricing.
Who do I contact if I am having trouble ordering; or have not received my confirmation email; or have not received my approval email; or have not received my student rewards package?
Ordering Issues? The most common reason for registration difficulties is an incomplete order request form. Please check that all information on your form has been entered correctly. Another possible reason for ordering difficulty is that you have received the maximum number of items for the school year. If you experience trouble registering, please fill out our contact form or call us at 513.227.1013.
Missing Emails? To prevent our emails from entering your "spam" or "junk" email folder, please add "pizzachievement.com" to your safe senders list. Important: Some school email servers may prohibit receipt of emails from PizzAchievement.com. If you have not received confirmation within 3 working days, please contact us and provide a phone number for your school (with extension) or your cell phone for us to call.
Missing or Late Rewards Package? We send envelopes via standard US Mail on a regular basis. They should arrive at the school address you provided no more than 3 weeks after the time of your request. Rewards must be sent to a school address. Approval may take up to 72 hours. If you do not receive your student rewards package within 15 business days of your request being approved, please contact us.
Is there a deadline to place my order for the year?
Yes. We close for the summer just like you do! PizzAchievement typically closes around the middle of April every year. Please refer to our homepage to see when PizzAchievement closes this year.
