ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

For more information about the LaRosa's PizzAchievement program, please review the following list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and their accompanying answers. If you have a question not answered here, please contact us.

What is the PizzAchievement student rewards program?
Started in 1995 by LaRosa's Pizzeria to support and honor the academic community and its students, the PizzAchievement student rewards program gives teachers, principals, and home school educators a fun way to reward individual students for their efforts and excellence in the classroom.
What are the differences between past years of the PizzAchievement program and the current PizzAchievement program?
In years past, we left a space for you to fill in your name on PizzAchievement certificates. This year, we will print your name on each certificate. Additionally, all PizzAchievement certificates were sent out with the same four-digit code. Starting with the 2022-2023 school year, your certificates will contain a code that is unique to you.
How can I have a pizza party at our school?
For class pizza parties, take advantage of our Special School Pizza Pricing from your neighborhood LaRosa's! Call 513-347-1111 or 888-LAROSAS (free call!) for more information.
Why are there redemption restrictions on PizzAchievement reward certificates?
Certificates can be used for dine in, pick up and delivery, Monday through Friday between 4pm and 9pm, or anytime on weekends. Certificates expire 6/30/2023. One certificate can be used one time by one student, with a maximum of six (6) certificates per transaction and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

Home School Provider - Qualification Instructions
We're happy to continue to offer the PizzAchievement student rewards program to support your efforts as a home school provider. However, the independent nature of a home school provider makes it difficult for us to verify that someone who registers for the program is a legitimate home school provider (sadly, we've had issues with this). That's why we ask that home school providers submit one of these forms of verification before we can approve your PizzAchievement registration:

a copy of a Letter of Intent OR
a copy of a membership card or membership identification number associated with a home school organization or association OR
a copy of a state issued curriculum verification
Please include your name, mailing address, email address, and birthdate(s) of the child(ren) you are home schooling. Then submit whatever verification form you have chosen by standard mail, email, or fax to:

PizzAchievement Coordinator
9737 Loveland Madiera Rd
Loveland, OH 45140
Email: support@pizzachievement.com
Fax: 513.444.4002

We review submissions weekly, so it may take up to one week or longer for us to approve your account. Once your account is approved, you won't have to resubmit verification each year. We respect your privacy, so LaRosa's will never share the information you provide us.
How do I choose my student rewards?
Provide the information in the request form and select the rewards you want. Then, click "submit" and your order request is sent for approval. You will receive an order confirmation email within 5 business days (possibly longer during heavy registration periods such as the beginning and end of the school year). If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
What types of rewards are available?

How often can I order rewards?
Approved program participants may request one PizzAchievement order per school year.
Who do I contact if I am having trouble ordering; or have not received my approval email; or have not received my student rewards package?
The most common reason for registration difficulties is an incomplete order request form. Please check that all information on your form has been entered correctly. Another possible reason for ordering difficulty is that you have received the maximum number of items for the school year. If you experience trouble registering, please complete our contact form or call us at (513) 227-1013.

Missing or Late Rewards Package? We send envelopes via USPS standard on a regular basis. They should arrive at the school address you provided no more than 3 weeks after the time of your request. Rewards must be sent to a school address. If you do not receive your student rewards package within 15 business days of your request being approved, please contact us.
Is there a deadline to place my order for the year?
Yes. We close for the summer just like you do! PizzAchievement typically closes around the middle of April every year. Please refer to our homepage to see when PizzAchievement closes this year.
Can home school educators participate in the PizzAchievement program?
Yes. Home school educators must be approved by LaRosa's before they can request rewards. This is done through a verification process. To apply for verification:
